A separate guest washroom has been created on the groundfloor to cater for all visitors needs without having to move to Owner’s bedroom.

Are there any payment plans?
Yes, we offer several Payment Plans to cater to different preferences and financial needs:
STANDARD Plan:
- 60% down payment upon purchase
- 40% balance spread over 12 months
SUPER SAVER Plan:
- Substantial discount of up to 10% available on outright payment.
FLEXI Plan:
- 25% down payment upon purchase
- 25% deposit by 3 months
- 25% deposit by 6 months
- 25% deposit by 12 months
MORTGAGE Plan:
- 30% down payment upon purchase
- 70% balance payable through Mortgage financing.
