    Register with us by contacting our marketing team/sales lines listed and we will reach out to fully understand your needs and answer any questions you may have.

    Home Selection

    B. Select the home you’d like and confirm any preferences you may have - at this point we will issue you with an Offer Letter; a $5,000 non-refundable deposit will be required when you sign this.
    Although non-refundable, this cost will go towards the list price of the home.

    Sales & Purchase Agreement

    The following agreement is sent out for the buyer to check, agree and sign:
    • Sale and Purchase Agreement - to be completed within 30 days of the date when the signed Offer Letter has been received by the vendor.

    Building Commencement

    Once the agreement has been signed, a 20% (minus the $5,000 reservation fee) of the house price will be required within 45 days. At this stage building commences.

    Agreement Signing

    The following agreements are sent out for the buyer to check, agree and sign:
    - Leasehold of Land
    - Bye-Laws
    - Site Management

    Roof Commencement

    Before commencement of roof level, 30% of the house price will be required within 30 days of when notification for the payment request is sent by email/Hard copy delivery. (Foundation to roof level will be completed within 180 days (6 months))

    Internal Fitting and Fixtures

    When it’s time to install the internal fitting and fixtures, taking into account any specific preferences or choices you’ve made, 20% of the house price will be required within 30 days of the notification of this request. Buyer should allow for maximum 5 months (150 days) for this phase.
    You will also receive a handover portfolio with your house ownership documents and copies of all the documents as per above.

    Home Completion

    Hurray! Your house is finished! 20% of the house price is due, on or prior to handover of the keys.

    Moving Day

    (30 Days) into moving into your new home, The final 10% of the house price is due for payment and final and full documents of your house is handed over to You.
